SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Remove and dispose of existing balcony guardrail system. Provide new surface mounted balcony guardrail system with aluminum posts and panels

Balcony slab edge repairs: full depth repairs along balcony slab edges, including projected floor slab edges

Balcony top surface repairs

Waterproof top surface of balcony canopy slabs.

Localize white glazed Bricks Replacement.

Supply and install new wabocrete roof slab expansion joint system

Concrete blocks replace (including temporary shoring)

Paint surface of all exterior exposed concrete elements around the building including swingstage access and surface preparation as specified
