SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Demolition and disposal of existing ballustrades at front edge of balconies
Concrete front edge replacement at 100% of front and side edges of balcony slabs
Localized front edge concrete repair at roof canopy
Vertical concrete repairs at columns and shear walls
Supply and installation epoxy coated reinf. steel
Install new brick & localize repair masonry
Install shoring and bracing ; Submit drawings for formwork and bracing at concrete repair areas
Paint all other exposed concrete at non-balcony drops
Localized brick replacement and Carry out tuck pointing of deteriorated mortar joints
Painting of undersides and vertical edges of balcony slabs and all other exposed concrete, including shear walls, columns and roof parapet
Remove and replace sealant at entire top surface perimeter of balcony slabs
Prepare surface of balcony slabs by sandblasting and install thin elastomeric waterproofing system (approx. 1350 m2)
Submit test data from approved testing lab certifying new railing system has been recently tested and conforms with Ontario Building Code
New Railing System: Install new Aluminum Railing System, including divider panels. Comprised entirely of tempered glass. Approx. 1500m of railing and 51 divider panels
