Building Envelope Repairs and Overcladding

Scope of Work:

  • Supply and installation of EIFS overcladding and direct applied coating

  • Replacement of existing deteriorated and cracked brick masonry

  • Horizontal shelf angles at brick masonry replacement, including all associated sealant, membrane flashings and helifix masonry anchors.

  • Replacement of all punched windows, bay windows, window wall systems and sliding doors.
