SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Dome repairs an masonry cleaning

Water-blast all masonry and Dome

Spray all masonry with WCCA 100 Concentrate cleaner

Water-blast all masonry

Dome Seal, Repair, and Painting

Clean up work area

Windows Repairs:

Cut-out drywall impeding on window opening (leaving steel lintel in place)

Insert new Pella Window complete installation and Seal

Repair drywall as needed

Take drywall to paintable state, Paint and final clean up.

Chimney repairs

Supply and install scaffolding completely around the chimney from roof top to the top of the chimney

Supply stamped Engineered drawings for scaffold

Chip out and replace any damaged bricks

Replace Deteriorate Roof

Saw-cut deteriorated mortar joints

Install new mortar in cut out joints

Dismantle scaffold and remove from site
