SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Mobilization/Demobilization.

Through-Wall Flashing & Masonry Unit Replacement.

Supply and install new through-wall flashing membrane complete with end-damming & termination bar

New Window Sills Install new aluminum window sill (1.6 mm thickness). Install self-adhered membrane flashing over existing sill prior to new sill installation.

Localized Masonry Unit Replacement Replace spalled or cracked masonry units.

Localized Mortar Joint Re-pointing

Sealant Replacement (Circular Windows Locations) The full removal and replacement of thewindow perimeter and masonry brickcontrol/expansion joint caulking.

Masonry wall cleaning – Removal of wall stains below windows
