SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Mobilize and demobilize scaffold for the duration of the project in order to access full length and full height of all elevations of the building; The east, south and west elevations are to be tarped in order to protect the sidewalk from dirt, dust, debris and water

Prepare, power wash, scrub and clean existing brick masonry using Diedrich 101 Masonry Restorer (as per initial test cleaning)

100% Repoint.

25%  Brick Replacement

Stone Sill Replacement (East elevation)

Remove and replace sealant at windows and doors.

Replace Steel Lintel (South Elevation)

Rebuild Parapet (Northwest & Southwest corners)

Sandstone Replacement (East Elevation)

Paint East Entry Roof

Caulk and Extend Existing Control Joint (South Elevation).
