4. Description of Work:

1. We are completing targeted structural repairs for rehabilitation of the precast concrete garage structure. General conditions require an increased hoarding effort for Infection Control purposes with supplemental scope items such as a full cleaning, line painting, drain replacements, and emergency knockdowns. The current area of work is primarily focused on the East end of the parkade, with future efforts to follow. A phased approach is being implemented to manage traffic control challenges and occupied site conditions. Work is being completed during the Winter, so controlled heating and precise scheduling is required to deliver a project successfully.
